Put Down, Put Down is a gentle sleep training method, suitable for babies/toddlers who are standing up. With this method, you will remain in the room to support your baby as they learn the skills to self-settle. Most suitable for babies who are heavily reliant on being assisted to sleep, co-sleeping or who haven’t yet learnt to go from standing to lying down in the cot.
