Step One: Upon booking you will be sent a link to the comprehensive intake form. This is very detailed and will give me a really great overview into your unique situation and your unique problems.

Step Two: Within 48 hours of completing your intake form, you will receive your personalised sleep plan. This will act as your sleep bible over the next two weeks and will contain all the information you need to become a sleep expert for YOUR baby. Contains completely personalised info on Sleep Routine, Sleep Hygiene, Diet, Sleep Environment, Sleep Training Technique

Step Three: 1-hour Zoom call to go over your plan in detail, ensuring everyone is clear and confident in executing our game plan for amazing baby sleep!

Step Four: Let’s get started! Daily check-ins for the next two weeks (except on Sunday’s) Staying in close contact helps build so much confidence and enables you to learn so much about baby sleep so you can not only squash all your sleep issue but build skills to know how to keep things on track ongoing.
